Lately, I've read Persuasion by Jane Austen (which was kind of disappointing, and Pride and Prejudice is definitely way better), After Dark by Haruki Murakami (great!!), It's Yr Life by (not bad), Hacking Harvard by Robin Wasserman (love this a lot! Really cool! Though I wish the narrative perspective was from Eric instead), and Ambition by Kate Brian (kind of creepy and disappointing, especially the ending, but its just 1 book in a series).

I've also watched Transformers 2 a while back, and Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince last friday. The former was a great, jam-packed action movie i love, with really impressive animation and the latter was pretty good, excepting the ending (because Dumbledore died, it's a solemn one...I half-expected the cast to be whizzing around on brooms before the credits rolled).

I might be going to be Tina's makeup model on Thursday.

I've also booked tickets to Taiwan and Singapore for end of year. This time only a few days in S'pore, because I'm planning to extend my stay in Taipei for a while to pick up new skills (possibly make up and composing pop music). Should be abroad for the whole of December.

Not sure about when cello exam's going to take place. Teacher said she'd request for an early Decemeber exam. The end of year exam period spans 2/11 - 6/12. Hope it all works out, since i have uni exams in 2nd and 3rd week of nov, and my air ticket has to have a departure between last week of nov and first week of dec.

Fingers crossed for credit application - chemistry sem 2 subject.

Enrolment

I have enrolled for semester 2 2009! Got all the classes I wanted except 1 anatomy lab. It's crazy, the enrolment appointment was 10am, and at 10am it took 5mins before my page could even load decently! The site is still so slow right now.

This semester I have classes on the whole of tues& wed, and sat afternoons(?!?!?!) And i also have classes on some mondays for 1hr, and some thursdays. Sigh.

But that means i can work on mondays and fridays at QA for term 3. Wheeee. and they happen to be 2 of the days that amanda is going there!

I haven't updated a lot of things....i know, i know!

Today is Justin's first day of school for term 3. The house is so quiet! Mum's overseas doing her teeth, in Taiwan at the moment and having lots and lots of fun i bet.
